Product Description

Hastelloy N (UNS N10003) is a nickel based alloy which as a container material for molten fluoride salts. It has good oxidation resistance to hot fluoride salts in the temperature range of 704-871ºC.
Hastelloy N Specifications: Hastelloy N Product Forms and Standards: HASTELLOY S alloy (UNS N06635) is a nickel-base, high-temperature alloy with a unique combination of properties. It has excellent thermal stability, low thermal expansion and excellent oxidation resistance to 2000°F (1093°C). In addition, the alloy has good high-temperature and thermal fatigue strength. S alloy retains its strength and ductility after aging at temperatures of 800 to 1600°F (427 to 871°C).S alloy was developed for applications involving severely cyclical heating conditions where components must be capable of retaining their strength, ductility, and metallurgical integrity after long-time exposure. It is used extensively as seal rings in gas turbine engines where its low thermal expansion coefficients is also important.
Hastelloy W alloy (UNS N10004) is a solid-solution-strengthened super alloy that was developed primarily as a filler metal for welding of dissimilar alloys. It displays excellent dissimilar welding characteristics, and is widely used for that purpose in the gas turbine and aerospace industries. The properties of dissimilar weld joints made with alloy W are dependents upon the alloys joined, but are generally acceptable for a wide variety of combinations. Alloy W is also used as a wrought alloy for a limited number of ring-type Applications in older gas turbine engines. Haynes 242 alloy is a more modern alloy, and should be considered as a substitute for alloy W in these ring Applications.
Hastelloy W Specifications: The Hastelloy X nickel alloy, with higher iron content, has favorable resistance to oxidation and corrosion combined with excellent creep and rupture strength at temperatures under 900ºC. In addition to this, Hastelloy alloy X has great fabricability by cold and hot working and good weldability.
  1. High degree of oxidation resistance up to 2200° F
  2. Outstanding high-temperature strength
  3. Easily fabricated including forming and welding
  4. Good ductility after prolonged exposure at high-temperatures
  5. Good resistance to chloride stress-corrosion cracking
  6. Resistant to carburization and nitriding
  7. Develops a protective oxide film that does not spall off

Q: What kind of ZYTC company? A: ZYTC is a professional manufacturer of metals and alloy productions and has its own warehouse with more than 30,000 tons capacity. We are working hard to open up the international market. At the same time, we will encounter a variety of purchase orders, In order to meet customer requirements and improve services, we will also distribute some kinds of metal products, of course, our strict procurement management and quality management departments can guarantee excellent quality of all products.Q: What certificate does ZYTC have? A: ZYTC acquired the ISO 14001 environmental management system certificate, 0HSAS18001 occupational health and safety management system certificate, and ISO 9001 quality management system certificate.Q: What's your purchasing system? A: Our procurement system adopts the 5R principle to ensure the "right quality" from the "right supplier" with the "right quantity" of materials at the "right time" with the "right price" to maintain normal production and sales activities. At the same time, we strive to reduce production and marketing costs to achieve our procurement and supply goals: close relationships with suppliers, ensure and maintain supply, reduce procurement costs, and ensure procurement quality.Q: Who are your cooperate partners? A: ZYTC has a very good relationship with world-known factories, such as Baosteel, TISCO, ZPSS, JISCO, ATl, SMC, HAYNES, VDM, ArcelorMittal, Outokumpu, etc.Q: What are your company's payment methods? A: 30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T balance payment before shipment. More payment methods depend on your choices. Q: Can you accept small orders? A: If we have the exact materials in stock, we can deliver even 1 piece. If we don't have the goods in stock, the MOQ is normally 1 ton.Q: Do you guarantee the safe and reliable delivery of products? A: Yes, we always use high-quality packaging for shipping. We usually pack the products with a soft material such as polyethylene foam and then pack it in wooden cases to ensure the safety of the product in the process of transportation.Q: Does ZYTC provide processing services? A: Yes, we also provide processing services to the outside world, and providing professional services is one of our goals. Such as bending, water cutting, laser cutting, digging holes, welded, slit coil, and other processing according to the drawings.Q: How to guarantee the quality? A: Each production procedure will be subject to test and evaluation. from the very choice of raw materials to the package for shipment. Only the products surviving all the tests are delivered for export.Q: What if there is a quality problem? A: We also keep a piece of the sample before shipping. After comparing the buyer's test result, and it turns out to be our problem, we will return the money back and pay for your lost or delivery of qualified materials again.Q: Can you provide samples? A: As a professional company, we know that the quality of products is valued by each customer, especially for international trade, we understand the customer's worries, so we can provide samples to customers, and we can ensure the consistency of the quality of samples and batch product products.
